Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes are conducted on regular basis at Ananda Yoga Centre . Classes include practice of Shatkarma ( cleanising practices like neti, kunjal , laghoo shankhaprakshalana) , Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Meditations.

General guidelines :

Do not have your meal atleast 2 -3 hrs before the yoga class.
- Its important to wear something comfortable that will not restrict your movement.
